Ingredients
⅓ cup peanut butter (creamy, no sugar added)
½ cup greek yogurt
1 ripe banana
3 large eggs (at room temperature)
1 scoop Oatdacious smoothie protein
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt
Fresh berries to garnish
Maple syrup to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until a smooth batter forms.
Pour batter into a heated waffle iron and cook per your waffle iron instructions.
Set aside on a plate or wire rack to cool.
Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup and enjoy!
