Oatdacious™ No Bake Energy Balls



Gluten free

Makes 10 servings


¾ cup gluten free quick oats

½ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup shredded coconut

⅓ cup honey

1 scoop Oatdacious whipped vanilla smoothie protein

Additional 1/4 cup shredded coconut


Place all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix with a spoon or spatula until well incorporated.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop out a 2 tbsp portion and form the mixture into balls with your hands. Roll in shredded coconut.
