Lemon Tahini Dressing (makes 8 servings)
½ cup tahini paste
½ cup lemon juice
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¾ cup water
Directions
Assemble ingredients in bowl
Garnish with pine nuts, fresh basil, black olives, lemon wedge
Drizzle with 2 tbsp lemon tahini dressing
