This salad jar is as simple as its gets! Many of the ingredients can be prepped and layered up to 5 days in advance, and the remainder added the day of.

Ingredients
Assemble up to 5 days in advance:
1 cup romaine lettuce
¼ cup shredded red cabbage
2 radishes, sliced
Add the day of:
½ cup white kidney beans, cooked
3 cherry tomatoes
¼ avocado, sectioned
Small handful arugula
Add 2-4 tbsp Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette
Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette (makes 8 servings)
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup water
Combine in blender and store in airtight container for up to 7 days
