Makes 8 mini loafs
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 large)
1/3 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsps of milk (or just 1/3 cup maple syrup)
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/3 cup Oatdacious 3 in 1 Smoothie Protein chocolate hazelnut
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp salt
100% dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
Mix all wet ingredients together, mix well and then combine dry ingredients + chocolate chips (plus more for topping if you want). Bake for 20 mins.
