Oatdacious Protein Fudge

Ingredients

1 scoop Oatdacious 3 in 1 Smoothie Protein, whipped vanilla

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

1/2 cup cashew butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil, warmed and liquid

1 tsp vanilla powder or pure vanilla extract

Garnishes: Sprinkle of sea salt, cacao nibs or candy-coated sunflower seeds


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon until creamy. Line bottom of loaf pan with prachment paper. Place mixture in dish, spread evenly. Top with garnishes of choice
  2. Freeze for a few hours. Then cut into 1 inch squares with a knife. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
