½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen banana slices (or fresh)
⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (plus more to thin to desired consistency)
In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. Adjust fluid according to desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into serving glass.
