Green Goodness Smoothie



Gluten free

Serves 1

green smoothie made with oatdacious protein powder


1/4 cup frozen spinach or 1/2 cup fresh spinach

1 green apple, sliced and cored

1 scoop Oatdacious Smoothie Protein

2 cups oat milk

Chia seeds to garnish


Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. Adjust for consistency and sweetness if necessary.

Pour smoothie into serving glass. Top with chia seeds and serve
