Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl


2 scoops Oatdacious 3 in 1 Smoothie Protein

1 banana chopped and frozen

1 cup mango chopped and frozen

1 cup dragon fruit (pitaya) chopped and frozen

1 cup (250ml) coconut milk


Suggested toppings:

Fresh kiwi and dragon fruit, sliced




  1. In a food processor or high powered blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. If it is too thick, add more coconut or any plant based milk. Use a spoon to push down any chunks of fruit that aren’t processing.
  2. Pour smoothie into a serving bowl, Top with fresh berries, fruits or any of your favourite toppings and serve. Enjoy!
